Financial Resolution #38 of 2017 Authorizing the Transfer of Certain Operating Funds to Establish Required Match for 2016 EPF Grant #C1000920 Welcome Center Design
Background:

On July 28, 2016, City Council approved Council Resolution #105 of 2016, which authorized submission of a 2016 Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) in the total amount of $579,500, and committed to the required local match of 50%, or $289,750.  The City was awarded the grant, which will be utilized for design of a welcome center.

 

There are several transfers from General Fund accounts that are needed in order to provide the required match, which are outlined in the attached resolution.



Fiscal Implications:

The $289,750 match would be provided through General Fund accounts in the current fiscal year.
