Background:
This is the required State Environmental Quality Review Act resolution to accompany the bond ordinance for the 2017-18 road program, DPW & DMU equipment, 2017 sidewalk program, reconstruction of the Casey Park pool filter, equipment for the parking program, the wholesale meter program, SCADA & telemetry upgrades and the sewer collection improvement project.
The projects are all type II projects with the exception of the sewer collection improvement project. The City has evaluated the sewer collection improvement project and has determined that it is unlisted and has no significant environmental impact. The evaluation form is prescribed by the DEC and is attached for your review.
